Thanks to the effort and the dedication of our employees, our most important strength is the people, who are the main driver of our company’s success.
We have been working closely with Better Work, as a partnership between the UN’s International Labor Organization (ILO) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
Under the regulation of ILO and with the help from Better Factories Cambodia (BFC), we have organized a Performance Improvement Consultative Committee (PICC) to support our factories to complying with national labor legislation.
Our CSR program give utmost importance for charitable giving to disadvantaged populations.
Ocean has been constantly making donations to Cambodia Red Cross (CRC) in order to continue its humanitarian mission of helping the most vulnerable people in the kingdom.

As EHS has emerged as a critical issue in our society, Ocean have been conducting educations & inspections on accident prevention and first aid on a regular basis in order to raise employees’ awareness on potential risk or concern. We also keep up with local laws and international EHS trend to perform better practice.
We also work together with Khemara and Formosa Budding Hope Association (FBHA) to facilitate access to learning, nutrition, institutional and legislative support for enabling the Cambodian communities, especially women and children to grow and develop their full potential.
